Pilates Reformer fitness workout Preview

In this 18 minute preview you will start moving with us backwards, meaning we are starting standing and will end later with lying down work.

βœ… You need :
1 Reformer
1 Long box
1 sticky pad or a towel
⭐ For :
Intermediate/Advanced
🎯 Focus :
Lower body: hips and glutes.

Start right away with dynamic glute presses, flying lunges, into standing side splits, skating, long stretch, down stretch and up stretch. Please make sure you are secure and comfortable standing on the reformer in order to follow this session. You will get the chance to work your hips and glutes and use your core as your stabilizer in plank positions and dynamic, athletic movement.
